   Quite simply, everything we do and use will first have gone through extensive testing on our own personal and company vehicles. If it hasn't given the best possible results on them, we shan't be using it on yours.

   We believe that punctuality is important and your time is precious. Barring disaster (UK traffic can still ruin the best laid plans) we'll be with you when we said we would and we'll never book ourselves so heavily that this promise is jeopardised.

   At JDs we believe in being upfront and honest about what we do. Our detailers will always discuss what is proposed with you before they undertake the work. If anything changes during the course of what they are doing they'll clearly explain why and discuss the alternatives with you.
4. We recognise that you and your car are unique [Less]
   All of our detailing quotes are free, without obligation and unique to you and your car. We recognise that everyone and every vehicle is different and whenever we can, we'll happily inspect your car in advance for free so that we can discuss everything in person and provide a precise quotation.
   
   Our Studio Detail and New Car Preparation Services provide a convenient, great value guaranteed fixed price but if you are after something specific then all of our services can be "mixed and matched" to give you exactly what you require.
   
   
5. The products we use will be based on your requirements and not on our profits [Less]
   There is an almost bewildering range of products available to the modern detailer and we are constantly researching what is in the market.
   
   As with many products in this day and age there can be a vast difference in price between the cheapest and most expensive. As with all things though, just because it's pricey doesn't mean that it's any good.
   
   Our detailers promise to always pick the products that they think are the best for the job and not use or recommend anything just because it has a flashy label or gives us the highest profits.
   
   Naturally if you have a specific request for a certain detailing product, we'll always try to ensure that we get it for you although this may incur a small additional charge.
6. JDs is passionate about all things automotive [Less]
   We are a small company made up of individuals who just love anything to do with cars and we intend to stay that way.
7. All of your details will remain completely confidential [Less]
   Your privacy is extremely important to us and none of your details will ever be shared with other companies or individuals.

   • If we think that you'd be better off speaking to a body shop, then we'll tell you - if you live in the South West there is a good chance that we'll know a suitable one
   • We won't take short cuts
   • We won't use cheaper products when we have quoted for more expensive ones
   • If we aren't confident of improving the condition of your vehicle, then we won't undertake the work
